Payments are accepted on the Gallagher Medical Products shopping site using:

Shipping

Gallagher Medical Products gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees will vary depending on the delivery address for your order.  For simplicity, a flat rate will be charged for all “Economy” shipments weighing under 10 Lbs. or 2.2kg, according to the following destination chart.  Alternatively, a “Priority” shipping service is offered, and may be substituted if your product need is urgent.  

  •  All USA locations | Free Shipping 
  •  Rest of World | Economy Shipments: $125. Per shipment (1 - 10 Lbs.)

 

Note: If shipping is restricted by law or other market restrictions, you will be contacted via e-mail, and a refund will be processed promptly.  Please supply appropriate shipping addresses in a format that is recognizable by the major couriers.  Based upon the above, we must reserve the right to accept or reject all orders for fulfillment.

For export customers, your packages may be subject to the customs fees, taxes, or import duties of your country authorities. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility, and must be handled by you and local authorities upon receipt of the shipment.

Privacy

For international customers, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Customs authorities usually require a product description and the value of the product shipment to be stated on an invoice located in a pouch directly on the package.

Returns & Replacements

If the product is not acceptable to you, and you wish to return or replace the product for another specification, please contact us to request a “Return Authorization”.  Return shipment charges will be at your expense.  If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter. The title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our headquarters.  Returned product must be received in like new condition, in its original packaging. After satisfactory inspection of returned products, a full refund of the original product price, excluding shipping charges will be promptly refunded in full.
