Heine Warranties

All Heine products carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty and a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, your investment is also backed by Heine's 30-day money back guarantee. Should you not be 100% satisfied for any reason with your Heine product, simply return it to Gallagher Medical Products within 30 days for a full refund or credit, less shipping. Warranty issues are determined by Heine.

Heine Student Warranty - As long as you are enrolled as a student or resident, Heine will cover everything, with the exception of theft, fire, abuse or neglect. That includes replacement parts and repairs not resulting from any of these.

Heine Binocular Loupes Warranty - All Heine loupes carry a 45-day money back guarantee.

Heine Sphygmomanometer Warranty - All Heine Gamma G7 and XXL Blood Pressure Meters carry an extended 10-year warranty.

Payments

  • Payments are accepted using Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 
  • Purchase Orders are accepted by phone or email with terms of Net 30.  Call 513-941-6334 or email PO to info@gallaghermedical.com. 

 

Shipping

Gallagher Medical Products, LLC is an authorized distributor for Heine USA. All Heine products are for sale to customers located in the US only.

We offer ground shipping via FedEx, UPS and USPS to all US locations on business days, Monday through Friday. Weekend and expedited delivery are possible with a charge by calling 513-941-6334.  

*If you are visiting the US or attending a medical conference, we can ship to your hotel on business days, Monday through Friday. Please order at least 2 weeks in advance.*

An expedited "Priority” shipping service is offered if your product need is urgent. However, next day arrival is not guaranteed, and may not be available due to the time of order. 

Gallagher Medical Products gladly accepts orders from around the globe:

  •  Economy Shipments via FedEx International: USD $150.00 per shipment (1-10 lbs.) 

For international customers, your packages are also subject to customs fees, taxes and import duties of your country's authorities. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility and must be handled by you and local authorities upon receipt of the shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter.

Please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Note: If shipping is not allowed by law or market restrictions, you will be contacted via email, and a refund will be processed promptly.

Please allow 5-7 business days for USA deliveries

Please allow 7-10 business days for international destinations

Note: If there is an unforeseen delay in delivery or backorder due to an out of stock product, you will be contacted immediately.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If our product is not acceptable to you, and you wish to return or replace it for another specification, please contact us to request a “Return Authorization”.  Return shipment charges are at your expense. Returned products must be received in like-new condition, in original packaging. Please pack securely in a sturdy box - no pouches, please! After satisfactory inspection of your returned item, a full refund of the original product price, excluding shipping charges, will be promptly refunded. Note: Sterile and disposable items are not returnable.
